Edward has presented a concept of Conditional Basic Income at WEF 2019. Compared with Andrew Yang’s Universal Basic Income, or UBI, a version of Social Security where all citizens receive a set amount of money per month independent of their work status, Conditional Basic Income is based on more sustainable ground: insurance.

Conditional Basisc income is based on stimulus for healthy behavior and might save $ trillions in the global spendings on healthcare!
